This site has no account registration, payment or submission service. Reading, searching and changing language do not require personal information. Article read counts are anonymous: after a browser has shown an article for a few seconds it sends one count to this site, which keeps only each article's total and daily counts, with no IP address, cookie or other personal identifier.
