# 个人智能体真正锁住你的不是模型，是记忆。

**一句话判断：** 在个人智能体的竞争中，模型可以随时替换；记忆才是锁定用户的关键。

10 月 25 日，阿里通义千问算法负责人江冠军在 CNCC 2026 上把“个人智能体”拆成三层：模型、记忆、生态。他们梳理了 30 多个行业、8000 多个“原子能力”。听起来像是模型越做越强，助手就越好用。

但模型这条腿正在变成大路货：便宜、能换。能被换掉的东西，不构成护城河。

护城河是中间那层。一个真正好用的个人智能体，得长期记住你，把你过去的对话和此刻的需求连起来。问题在于：这份记忆存在谁的生态里，离开它的成本就由谁来定。它越懂你、替你做得越多，你想带着它走的代价就越高——到最后，换模型容易，换记忆难。

所以别把“模型更聪明”直接读成“我多了一件趁手的工具”。扩大你能做的事，和能不能带着记忆离开，是两回事。真正属于你的智能体，是记忆导得出、底层模型换得掉的那一个；做不到，你不是在用它，是在给它交押金。

什么会推翻这个判断：如果出现一套标准、可导出的个人记忆格式，让你把整个智能体搬去别家而不丢上下文，这个锁定就松了。盯住这一点。
