# Results alone don't prove capability

> Wealth, follower counts and degrees of automation may be results of practice, but on their own they do not prove judgment, creativity or autonomy.

Judgment means being able to state your grounds, to separate facts from interpretation, and to know which evidence would change your mind.

## Questions this concept asks

1. Is this result (returns, followers, automation) being presented as proof of capability? What evidence is missing?
2. How much of the result comes from leverage, timing or distribution rather than judgment?
3. What evidence would actually show judgment or creativity?

## Common readings we test against evidence

- Making money means the call was right.
- More followers means better content.
- Fully automated means highly capable.

## Evidence that settles it

- **Trigger:** An event that claims capability from results (rankings, return claims, automation claims).
- **Mechanism:** Where the result came from: leverage, the overall market, distribution, timing.
- **Counter-evidence:** Evidence that the result is repeatable and attributable.
- **History:** How long similar results lasted, and how far they fell back.
